wine

Spanish wine has been gaining more international prestige in recent years. Spain is one of the largest wine producers in the world and offers a wide variety of quality wines, such as red wine, white wine or sparkling wine. Spanish wines are characterized by their diversity, since we find numerous wine regions that produce wines with different grape varieties of Spanish origin (tempranillo, garnacha, bobal, monastrell, albariño, verdejo or airén), but also with varieties of other origins (cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, pinot noir, merlot, syrah, etc.). Among the most important regions are Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Utiel-Requena, Castilla-La Mancha and Jerez.

We are also trained in professional wine tasting, and as with olive oil, this allows us to differentiate the organoleptic characteristics of each wine, analyze the complexity of the aroma, the structure and balance of flavor, color, brightness and acidity level.
