Our long experience in the food industry allows us to help companies looking for a solution to develop their own privatelabelfor a food product.

In order to find the best private label supplier or manufacturer to suit the customer’s needs, we carry out the following procedure:

Identify buyer needs

First of all, it is essential to identify what exactly the buyer is looking for. The characteristics of the food product, the ingredients, the presentation, the labeling based on the legislation of the destination market, the required certifications (such as EU Organic, Halal, Kosher, IFS, BRC, DOP, others) and the quality-price ratio are taken into account.

Supplier selection

Once the buyer’s needs have been identified, the supplier that meets all the specifications for private labeling mentioned in the previous point is selected.

Product design and development

The company works together with the buyer and the supplier to ensure that the product complies with the food legislation of the destination market and the quality standards requested. A first prototype is developed, which can be further molded.

product TESTING AND VALIDATION

When the first prototype has been developed, quality and validation tests are performed to ensure that it meets the buyer’s requirements.

What type of analysis is performed?

  1. Sensory analysis
  2. Chemical or microbiological analysis
  3. Durability testing

PRIVATE PACKAGING AND LABELING DESIGN

Once the product has been validated, the packaging and private label can be designed. We ensure that the labeling complies with the legislation of the destination country.

PRODUCTIÓN

After the five previous phases, it is possible to proceed with the production of the product in the quantities and characteristics requested.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We study with the buyer the improvements that can be made to the product.
